It's a strong 'maybe' from us. Railway Empire 2 is a "Good" game for sure, but there are a few problems that creep in, some of which might turn you off enough to not justify the investment. Our 7 rating doesn't mean it's average (we know many review sites think of it that way). For us then, it should still be considered as 'better than the rest' in its genre.
