Sons of the Forest doesn’t move the franchise forward enough and in many ways actually goes backwards.
Based on 321,175 Steam reviews
It's a strong 'maybe' from us. Sons Of The Forest is a "Good" game for sure, but there are a few problems that creep in, some of which might turn you off enough to not justify the investment. Our 7 rating doesn't mean it's average (we know many review sites think of it that way). For us then, it should still be considered as 'better than the rest' in its genre.
Sons Of The Forest is priced at $29.99 / £24.99 on Steam.
Sent to find a missing billionaire on a remote island, you find yourself in a cannibal-infested hellscape. Craft, build, and struggle to survive, alone or with friends, in this terrifying new open-world survival horror simulator.
Sons Of The Forest is a Single Player game set in a Horror environment. We would classify its genre as Survival.
